Our performance series was created to increase your performance repertoire on stage. Unlock Your Splits gives you range of motion to safety execute front and middle splits. Expect a systematic teaching approach with focused practice. We will focus on stretching and strengthening the hip flexors, adductors, glutes, hamstringing, and groin muscles.

- Knowing your limits
- Breathing techniques
- v-splits and side splits
- Yoga mats (you are welcome to bring your own)
- Bottled water
- Exercises to practice at home
Unlock Your Splits is open to professionals and the general public interested in developing this skill set.
Tuition: $350, early bird tuition $300 if you register before January 18th 2022
